CenterPoint Energy's Energy Data Portal tool helps its commercial customers streamline the benchmarking process for natural gas use - whether the property is a factory, store, office, school or apartment building.

The tool is available at no additional cost to customers. The benchmarking tool is available for any CenterPoint Energy commercial customer interested in energy benchmarking. In recent years, the cities of Minneapolis, Edina and St. Louis Park have adopted benchmarking ordinances that require commercial and apartment building owners of a certain size to measure and report their energy use. CenterPoint Energy's benchmarking tool streamlines the process to help customers comply with these requirements.
